Knödels are specially made and packed so they are not only tasty and fresh, but easily made and can be served to look delicious.
The standard product weight is 55 grams when frozen.
The ratio od dough to filling is 40 grams of dough to 15 grams od filling.
The final product is frozen with IQF technology.
For each taste of product, we provide specific crumbs.
Standard package for HORECA contains 60 pcs of knodel and 500 gr of crumbs.
